My wife and I had a wonderful two week trip to Spain and Portugal. This was our first time in either country and we decided that we wanted to experience a variety of cities to get a flavor of the countries, see culture, history, and enjoy ourselves. We worked closely with Patricia at the travel agency both in developing the itinerary, figuring out the best places to go, and in figuring out the logistics around everything you need to do to make a 2 week, multiple city trip as seamless as possible.Patricia and the agency were terrific. We wanted to develop a broad itinerary with a combination of staying in major cities, having the possibility for day trips, reducing travel time as much as possible, and having exposure to different cultural backgrounds. We visited Barcelona (with a day trip to Girona/Figuera), Madrid (day trip to Toledo), Seville (day trip to Cordoba) and Lisbon. Patricia and team had outstanding local guides lined up in each of these places - tailored to the subject of the particular tour. We saw Dali - we had a Dali expert. We went ebiking, we had the owner of a bike shop who runs a tour business as well. We did Flamenco and tapas in Seville - we had a multi-talented Flamenco dancer who helped us understand the background of the city and its connection to dance and music. The guide choices were terrific.Patricia and team also were very strong logistically. In the process to set the itinerary, Patricia offered hotel choices and when I wanted something a bit different in some places, she had terrific additional options as well. Travel & transfers were all top notch, smooth, and well coordinated. She also helped reservations for dining and recommendations for places as well. When, late in the process, we wanted to add two friends to part of our trip, the process of adding them was seamless and easy. And responsiveness was unbelievable. She and her team were always available via WhatsApp (and responded immediately) to any questions. I always felt that if we needed anything, Patricia and her team were there to help.

The team at 14You Travel made our tour to Croatia amazing!  There were 12 people in our group and everyone agreed that it was planned perfectly. As one of the people that worked with her to plan, I must say made it almost effortless.  Our agent had our itinerary organized full of fun without ever feeling hectic.  Everywhere in Croatia, we felt safe and welcomed!  Truffles in Motovun, cevapi in Split, traditional Peka near Hvar, fresh oysters right out of the shell on the water in Ston!  All delicious! The history and beauty of the Old Town and City Walls in Dubrovnik left us all in awe.  AND we visited multiple wineries all along the way as well.  With all these highlights, she arranged tour guides that were reliable, informed, fun and proud to share with us why they love their home.  Truly wonderful memories!!We all sincerely loved every minute of the trip and everyone hopes to visit with our own families in the future...but not without calling our agent first!

We had an excellent trip – thanks to the efforts of the travel agency.During our planning process we found the agency to be super responsive and helpful. – Answering our questions promptly (on at least one occasion – within the hour!!) and, to finalize details, taking part in a Zoom meeting.We were looked after from arrival to departure. In particular we would mention seamless transfers to and from airports, excellent drivers, helpful and knowledgeable guides, efforts made to ensure we received what we had asked for at hotels and on the (very rare) occasion where an unexpected problem occurred, the speed with which a solution was found by the agency or our Guide. Arranging for us to have same Guide – for 14 days (Bogdagra arrival and departure) and Driver was an exceptionally good move. Guide and Driver were an excellent professional team, possessing an in depth knowledge of towns we stayed in (Darjeeling, Gangtok, Mangan, Lachung, Kalimpong), places we visited (too numerous to list!), and the very demanding mountain roads we travelled on, all requiring advanced driving skills which our driver possessed. We cannot thank these two enough for their efforts on our behalf.

  Please look no further for the trip of your dreams.  This travel agency took care of every single detail.  I mean EVERY detail.  Irene and her team are incredible.  Our family traveled from Florida to Greece in April 2023.  We went to Rhodes, Crete, Santorini, Athens, Delphi, and Meteora.      Our family of 4 adults travelled in private luxury vehicles, spent our nights in private luxury villas, and boutique hotels, and private guided tours of the beautiful ancient ruins, cities, towns, and countryside villages.  We specifically requested to stay in the historic districts, and we were not disappointed with our accommodations.  Irene and her team looked after every small detail.       We were particularly interested in the Jewish Heritage of Greece and the Aegean Islands.  Irene arranged private tour guides who spoke very clear English, and who had knowledge of the Jewish Heritage of the places we visited.       Some of our favorite places and things were: Meteora:  to say amazing does this place no service.  It is just breathtaking and should be a world wonder.  Our tour guide had incredible and in-depth knowledge of the monasteries/nunneries.   She was very patient with us as there were very many stairs at all the Monasteries.  Although I am not Orthodox Christian in my beliefs, these structures sitting atop monoliths were impressive.  Chania, Crete:  This is a beautiful seaside city with a rich and ancient heritage.  The food was incredible, and the people friendly.  There is much to see and do, or just stroll along the promenade and restaurant hop.  While visiting Crete, Irene arranged for us to tour a Olive Oil Production and plantation.  The tour was so wonderful, don't miss out on trying the food at their little cafe.  Athens:  History, history, history.  If you love ancient history, Christian history, Greek mythological history, you will LOVE Athens!!!!!  So much to see and do!!!! You will not run out of ancient sites to tour.  If you are a museum lover, as I am, then do not miss the Acropolis Museum.  New, modern, and WOW!Lastly, I would be remiss not to give a special mention to some of the amazing team members with the travel agency who made our stay especially seamless: Thank you for everything.  Thank you to our guide for meeting us at the airport in Athens, making sure we were well cared for, and checking up on us throughout our trip. And to our driver, thank you for all the miles you drove us.  Teaching us all the history of your beautiful and ancient country.   You were always courteous, accommodating, and a real pleasure to spend so much time with.  It was obvious by your conversations with us how much you love your country and heritage.  It was such a pleasure to meet you.  Traveling with our family is always complicated, and the company helped us with all the bumps in the road.  We are forever grateful for our experience with this company and would recommend to anyone looking for a highly reputable company who delivers what they say they will.  Irene and her team are absolutely, hands-down, the best!  

We had an excellent trip to Peru! The travel company was able to work with us to evaluate different options for our trip. Also during the planning phase, there were questions around political unrest in the country, but the travel company founder spoke with us and talked through options and contingency planning, which we found very helpful. Ultimately the in-country situation improved, and we traveled to Peru. The trip was an incredible adventure and one we would certainly recommend to others.

The travel agency did a fantastic job not only in planning our trip, but as a resource once we arrived in Italy. Nicoletta did a great job of planning to our budget and included the best events along the way.   The local guides we had for tours were extremely energetic and knowledgeable, the drivers and pick-ups were on time or a little early, and when the weather didn't cooperate with a boat trip that was planned, she literally pivoted and found us a great cooking class to do in its place. This travel agency would be recommended by not only me, but the 9 other people who travelled on this trip.  The local guide we had in Como, as an example, met us early to take the funicular to Burate (9:45 am so not crazy early) to beat the crowds.  We easily did and when we came down there was a huge line just to go up.   This made the excursion that much better. I arranged this trip for 9 friends and family and I could not have done it without Nicoletta - the whole group continually commented on how pleased they were with the various activities. We traveled in the Amalfi Coast area and then went to Lake Como and we had wonderful experiences in both locations.  Grazie to the travel agency and to Zicasso for offering their services to us as an option. 

This was an excellent company to work with. We would recommend to all.  However I want to preface this review by stating that this trip was planned back in Jan. of 2020, prior to the Chinese virus disaster, and that this trip was postponed in March 2020 for 3 consecutive years. Our original travel planner left the company, and a new one was installed to carry on this trip to completion, (she did a great job).  The goal of our trip was based on cultural aspects and the people of the countries visited.  Despite setbacks, all and all this was a good trip.   Of course, there were several instances beyond everyone’s control that caused this trip to be less than stellar.  Weather (pollution). We didn't see the sun for 30+ days, and changes due to the Chinese virus. The explanation of events and itinerary were far more glorious than received.  Not bad, but different.  But all in all it was a great trip nonetheless. Yes we would recommend to all.  

Our first trip abroad to Italy was amazing! Our itinerary was all that we'd hoped for, and the arrangements for lodging, transportation, and recommendations for sightseeing and dining provided details we didn't have to search out and they were spot on. Wow! I felt so spoiled, and it was so fun! It was assuring to have travel specialists available to us to help should we need assistance. This was a trip of a lifetime, but I hope not. We'll look to Zicasso for another tour and suggest you do too!
