We had two couples based in the USA traveling together to South Africa. There were so many options of things to do and places to stay that we were overwhelmed. It started with a quick email and Tara responded immediately with an offer to help plan our trip. We must have gone back and forth with questions and plan modifications dozens of times. In the end, Tara managed to arrange the perfect vacation for all of us.Tara recommended Cape Town, the safari resorts near Kruger and then sent both couples to different resorts. We wanted scenery so we traveled to the hotel in White River area and our friends wanted Sun City. When flying back to the states - all 4 people decided that this was the perfect trip to South Africa for each of us and Tara made that happen. 

I worked with Pierre on our plan for Costa Rica and he created a very detailed itinerary giving me various options to choose from.  In our actual trip, I didn't need to call Pierre once, all drivers and excursions came on time and everything went smoothly.  I was very happy with the plans and recommend Zicasso and the travel agency for others.

We had a wonderful honeymoon experience!  We loved both resorts, especially the one in Blancaneaux!  It was the perfect balance of organized activities and downtime.  We loved learning more about the Mayan history of Belize with the Caricol tour; the caves were breathtaking.  The service and food at both places was amazing (we were so sad we waited until the last day to try Danny's Tree Bar at the resort in Ambergris Caye, because it was delicious), and we were especially touched by the final dinner at Blancaneaux.  It was really special to us that they set up a special honeymoon dinner!  Thank you so much for arranging everything, all of the transportation was seamless, and it was so nice to relax and not have to think on this honeymoon.  We could not thank you enough!

If you are considering an outfitter to plan a trip to Africa, I cannot express strongly enough how much you should consider this travel agency!  I just returned from a 2-week “trip of a lifetime” safari that was originally scheduled to start one-week before the global lockdown.  My travel planner had created the most incredible trip to Tanzania to see the Serengeti and then to Rwanda to see the mountain gorillas. I was not sure how they would be able to handle the lock-down given the unknowns of travel for an unknown period of time.  The long-term nature of this travel company's relationships with their vendors coupled with the professionalism and integrity of their company resulted in the trip being rescheduled (a few times) without really any increase in costs and at the same exceptional accommodations and itinerary. The camps I stayed at were exquisite (5 star) and gave me such a personal feel of different ways to experience the Serengeti.  The personal guides in both Tanzania and Rwanda were beyond my expectations in their knowledge, passion, and dedication to supporting an exceptional client experience. Additionally, this travel company demonstrated at every step of the trip their personal commitment to ensure I felt safe and secure (given Covid concerns/requirements and unfamiliarity with the countries), and supported 24/7 with every question, no matter how small or large.   I hope to return to Africa again… and I would ONLY use this travel company.  Please consider them… and just give them a call.  From the very first contact, I knew this was the company with whom I wanted to build my trip of a lifetime adventure.  

Neil with our travel agency was amazing! He is so passionate about sharing the wonder, adventure, and beauty of South Africa with his clients and is also very mindful of budget and what you are personally looking for on your trip. We booked our honeymoon with Neil and it was without a doubt the best trip we have ever taken. Every suggestion from the amount of time in each destination, to the accommodations, to the activities was perfect! We would not have changed one thing about our trip. I put my full faith in Neil and was not disappointed at all! 

Our trip was great! We absolutely loved New Zealand and the incredible outdoor adventures the country provides. It’s a beautiful place, especially the South Island. If you’re an adventure seeker, this is the country to visit! Working with Dick at the travel agency made the trip planning much easier. Dick was always very responsive and worked hard to satisfy all my requests. He was very patient and flexible, as I kept changing my mind as to what we wanted to do and what we wanted to see in New Zealand. This was a surprise 60th birthday trip for my husband, so it was a little harder to plan without my husband’s input. But, DIck was very patient with me as I researched the country and inevitably changed my mind regarding activities and parts of the country we wanted to visit. Honestly, I think Dick may have reworked six different itineraries for me! He was pretty well versed on New Zealand and what it had to offer, and I took his suggestions and opinions to heart. I think this, in conjunction with me thoroughly researching the country on my own, made for a great trip. I really liked working with him, and would certainly recommend this travel company to other people. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. All flights, transfers, rental vehicles, excursions, hotels, etc. were successful and had been arranged perfectly. All the rental cars were nice, flights and transfers were easy, and hotels were good. We had no issues with anything. The only glitch occurred because of the weather when our glacier heli-hike had to be canceled. When this occurred, Dick reached out quickly and tried to find another activity option for us. Unfortunately, because of weather he and I were both unsuccessful at finding something, but Dick promptly refunded our money for the excursion. I also want to add that I LOVE the app that the company uses for their itineraries! It was so handy to have everything I needed on the app—dates, times for excursions, flights, EVERYTHING! I can’t tell you how many times I referred to the app for confirmation numbers, flight times, activity information, etc. It was really so great and convenient!! 

Our honeymoon trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar was nothing short of the best trip of my entire life. Everything about this trip was spectacular and our travel company was very helpful throughout the process. We were helped by Andre. Not only was he very helpful and enthusiastic, but he also was very responsive, especially for two people who were very stressed in the middle of wedding planning. He never waited for more than 24 hours to respond, which is fairly quick. I did not have to call him at all throughout our whole trip because it was very well planned and all the information necessary was provided prior to us going. Since I have been back, I have not stopped talking about using Zicasso to plan trips and I also have not stopped talking about going on a safari. Overall, if you have the money to spend and are off from work in early February....GO TO THE SERENGETI! It's a once in a lifetime experience. Our private driver was absolutely amazing! So experienced and he took care of us very well.Zanzibar was amazing! We stayed at a resort (probably the best resort on the island). We were in paradise! Food was great in Tanzania and Zanzibar!Again, best trip of our lives!

Overall, David and the team prepared a fantastic month long journey through Australia and New Zealand!  We loved every minute of it.  David was excellent in listening to what we wanted to do, and what we did not want to do...and crafted a trip accordingly.  Over the course of our trip we had a few mishaps (cancelled flights and a cancellation by one of our tour guides) but David and team were monitoring and kept things moving.I would definitely recommend the travel agency again for their responsiveness and openness to orchestrating the trip you desire!
