If you are considering an outfitter to plan a trip to Africa, I cannot express strongly enough how much you should consider this travel agency!  I just returned from a 2-week “trip of a lifetime” safari that was originally scheduled to start one-week before the global lockdown.  My travel planner had created the most incredible trip to Tanzania to see the Serengeti and then to Rwanda to see the mountain gorillas. I was not sure how they would be able to handle the lock-down given the unknowns of travel for an unknown period of time.  The long-term nature of this travel company's relationships with their vendors coupled with the professionalism and integrity of their company resulted in the trip being rescheduled (a few times) without really any increase in costs and at the same exceptional accommodations and itinerary. The camps I stayed at were exquisite (5 star) and gave me such a personal feel of different ways to experience the Serengeti.  The personal guides in both Tanzania and Rwanda were beyond my expectations in their knowledge, passion, and dedication to supporting an exceptional client experience. Additionally, this travel company demonstrated at every step of the trip their personal commitment to ensure I felt safe and secure (given Covid concerns/requirements and unfamiliarity with the countries), and supported 24/7 with every question, no matter how small or large.   I hope to return to Africa again… and I would ONLY use this travel company.  Please consider them… and just give them a call.  From the very first contact, I knew this was the company with whom I wanted to build my trip of a lifetime adventure.  

Incredible.Everything was expertly planned.Jessica stood out right at the beginning in our preliminary enquiries, she really listened to us and what we wanted and tailored everything immaculately to fulfill our needs. The travel plans went smoothly, drivers on time, and our safari guide was so informative and fun to be around. Off course there are always a few hiccups like our permit to Arusha national park was not uploaded which meant a very long wait at the gates before we could enter and our flight to Mafia Island, initially 2 flights from Seronera airstrip ended up being 4 flights which we didn’t know, and so this was a long and tiring travel day, had we known we may have chosen Zanzibar since there was a direct flight option from Seronera. The last concern was our flight home, initially 17:30 from Mafia Island but changed to 15:45 which was unfortunate since we had then 7 hrs to wait in Dar es Salam. We were informed a flight change but discovered tgat there was a flight leaving 17:30 so I don’t know what happened there. nevertheless, we still rate our trip highly. I had so many enquiries before the trip and the travel agency was very attentive and helpful and extremely patient wir my many questions. Jessica also checked in with us during the trip which was very nice. We always felt in good hands. We had lovely accommodation and just the best guide. 

Our trip to Egypt was perfect thanks to this travel agency. They did an excellent job with our itinerary, the trip logistics, our local guides, wonderful hotels and transportation. We saw the pyramids, the Sphinx and all key sites along the Nile. We cruised part of the way and spent a few days at the Red Sea at the end of the trip. There was time to visit a souk and ride camels, take a boat to an island temple and have high tea. It was the perfect balance of sightseeing and relaxation.

Neil with our travel agency was amazing! He is so passionate about sharing the wonder, adventure, and beauty of South Africa with his clients and is also very mindful of budget and what you are personally looking for on your trip. We booked our honeymoon with Neil and it was without a doubt the best trip we have ever taken. Every suggestion from the amount of time in each destination, to the accommodations, to the activities was perfect! We would not have changed one thing about our trip. I put my full faith in Neil and was not disappointed at all! 

We had two couples based in the USA traveling together to South Africa. There were so many options of things to do and places to stay that we were overwhelmed. It started with a quick email and Tara responded immediately with an offer to help plan our trip. We must have gone back and forth with questions and plan modifications dozens of times. In the end, Tara managed to arrange the perfect vacation for all of us.Tara recommended Cape Town, the safari resorts near Kruger and then sent both couples to different resorts. We wanted scenery so we traveled to the hotel in White River area and our friends wanted Sun City. When flying back to the states - all 4 people decided that this was the perfect trip to South Africa for each of us and Tara made that happen. 

Our honeymoon trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar was nothing short of the best trip of my entire life. Everything about this trip was spectacular and our travel company was very helpful throughout the process. We were helped by Andre. Not only was he very helpful and enthusiastic, but he also was very responsive, especially for two people who were very stressed in the middle of wedding planning. He never waited for more than 24 hours to respond, which is fairly quick. I did not have to call him at all throughout our whole trip because it was very well planned and all the information necessary was provided prior to us going. Since I have been back, I have not stopped talking about using Zicasso to plan trips and I also have not stopped talking about going on a safari. Overall, if you have the money to spend and are off from work in early February....GO TO THE SERENGETI! It's a once in a lifetime experience. Our private driver was absolutely amazing! So experienced and he took care of us very well.Zanzibar was amazing! We stayed at a resort (probably the best resort on the island). We were in paradise! Food was great in Tanzania and Zanzibar!Again, best trip of our lives!

My husband and I had one of the most memorable trips. All in all the arrangements made by our travel agency were great. We visited Kenya, Zanzibar and Tanzania national parks. All arrangements were excellent especially the ones in Kenya and Tanzania. I feel Zanzibar could have been better maybe a beach resort as it’s an island as opposed to a room in the city.Our tour guide was fabulous in Kenya, very entertaining, witty and knowledgeable.Our travel agency took good care of us, at no point we felt stranded or left on our own. Our tour guides in Zanzibar and Tanzania were also great. Our guide in Tanzania was amazing, he put in a lot of effort to make sure we did not miss the big 5 and took personal interest in making sure our trip went well and we returned home happy.I would highly recommend folks to book their trip/itinerary through this travel company, they are professional and help curate the trip as per your requirements.A special mention here for the driver of all this Maurice, he is the one who created our itinerary and coordinated our whole trip, he is a true gentleman and went above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with all trip arrangements. 

Natalie at our travel agency orchestrated an amazing family holiday for us which included a stay at a lodge near Kruger National Park and a hotel in Cape Town. It was designed to balance our adult daughters' needs for sunbathing and my desire to be on African Safari the entire trip. And I would say Natalie nailed it. Moroever, this trip started during the time of Covid, so I believe it was postponed not once but twice. Natalie diligently canceled and rescheduled flights. She advised us on when to buy tickets and worked to balance getting us the tickets we needed with the best price. She was attentive, listened, and delivered. I'd use her again if we return to South Africa.
