Thank you for matching me with this travel agency! Cecilia was just lovely to work with, and she planned a perfect trip for us. As a single mom traveling with 3 boys, my priorities were safety, convenience, family-centered activities, flexibility, and fun. Cecilia took the time to get to know us and then chose appropriate activities that she knew we would enjoy. She created an itinerary with so much detail that each morning I simply had to look it over and set out for the day. It told me how to get to each activity, where we would find places to eat, shop, walk around, and what would be the best use of time each day. I received all the tickets for our activities and only needed to pull them up on my phone and present them. It was relaxing and easy as Cecilia took care of all the legwork and details. We won’t forget this trip! My kids and I had a wonderful time. 

I have only a few words to say.  The trip was fantastic and importantly my contact at the travel agency (Jelena) was a superstar.  She was so responsive to specific issues I raised during the trip, including on weekends.  She never hesitated to reply and take action to address concerns that I raised during the trip.  As an aside, none of those concerns were her doing.  Most related to the room we were assigned upon check-in at a couple of hotels.  She really is a superb travel specialist and I would most definitely highly and with no reservations recommend her for anyone planning a trip to Croatia and Slovenia.  I say enough how incredibly impressed we were with her.I should note that our interactions with Jelena were stellar from the get-go.  We went through multiple iterations of our itinerary before we settled upon a final itinerary.  She was very helpful regarding suggestions for our itinerary and we can certainly say we were not disappointed with any aspect of our itinerary.  If we have one regret it's that we didn't plan a longer trip.Also, her selection of outfits dealing with our guides and drivers were top-notch.  As well, the hotels she recommended were just a perfect match for us.

We were exceptionally pleased with the travel agency and Stephane in particular. We were in three countries (Netherlands, Belgium and France) and we wished to do certain specific things (tulips, Vermeer show, Giverny) among others, and everything worked like a charm. We particularly enjoyed the locations of our 3 hotels, since we walk about a great deal and each one provided excellent access to sights and neighborhoods with high quality service. Stephane also provided excellent restaurant suggestions. We also thought the guides and drivers he engaged for us were top notch! As experienced travelers, we appreciated the high professional level of our personal guides. To be noted: Immediately prior to our trip there were riots in Paris, and Stephane kept us updated with emails and phone calls. He handled our safety and concerns with fine judgment.

We were exceptionally satisfied to work with Mr. Jorge from the travel agency.  He spent a great deal of time with us prior to the trip in order to get to know us by phone and in writing.  He did not try to fit us into a one size fits all package.  Instead, he attentively listened to our preferences and got a sense of our personas.  In so doing he designed our personalized dream vacation.  He made sure that our special needs were met. He provided us with first class guides, hotels and transportation.Whenever we needed to speak with him during our trip, he was available to us and responded with patients, grace and humor.  Mr. Jorge went beyond his usual services and arranged a vegetarian meal for our flight as well as to reserve a wheelchair for me.  He was even able to intervene on our behalf at the Madrid airport when we arrived and could not get a wheelchair that was specifically reserved for me.It has been a great pleasure for us to work with Mr. Jorge.  Thank you Ziscasso for recommending this travel agency.Sincerely,  Henie Kurzman 

  Please look no further for the trip of your dreams.  This travel agency took care of every single detail.  I mean EVERY detail.  Irene and her team are incredible.  Our family traveled from Florida to Greece in April 2023.  We went to Rhodes, Crete, Santorini, Athens, Delphi, and Meteora.      Our family of 4 adults travelled in private luxury vehicles, spent our nights in private luxury villas, and boutique hotels, and private guided tours of the beautiful ancient ruins, cities, towns, and countryside villages.  We specifically requested to stay in the historic districts, and we were not disappointed with our accommodations.  Irene and her team looked after every small detail.       We were particularly interested in the Jewish Heritage of Greece and the Aegean Islands.  Irene arranged private tour guides who spoke very clear English, and who had knowledge of the Jewish Heritage of the places we visited.       Some of our favorite places and things were: Meteora:  to say amazing does this place no service.  It is just breathtaking and should be a world wonder.  Our tour guide had incredible and in-depth knowledge of the monasteries/nunneries.   She was very patient with us as there were very many stairs at all the Monasteries.  Although I am not Orthodox Christian in my beliefs, these structures sitting atop monoliths were impressive.  Chania, Crete:  This is a beautiful seaside city with a rich and ancient heritage.  The food was incredible, and the people friendly.  There is much to see and do, or just stroll along the promenade and restaurant hop.  While visiting Crete, Irene arranged for us to tour a Olive Oil Production and plantation.  The tour was so wonderful, don't miss out on trying the food at their little cafe.  Athens:  History, history, history.  If you love ancient history, Christian history, Greek mythological history, you will LOVE Athens!!!!!  So much to see and do!!!! You will not run out of ancient sites to tour.  If you are a museum lover, as I am, then do not miss the Acropolis Museum.  New, modern, and WOW!Lastly, I would be remiss not to give a special mention to some of the amazing team members with the travel agency who made our stay especially seamless: Thank you for everything.  Thank you to our guide for meeting us at the airport in Athens, making sure we were well cared for, and checking up on us throughout our trip. And to our driver, thank you for all the miles you drove us.  Teaching us all the history of your beautiful and ancient country.   You were always courteous, accommodating, and a real pleasure to spend so much time with.  It was obvious by your conversations with us how much you love your country and heritage.  It was such a pleasure to meet you.  Traveling with our family is always complicated, and the company helped us with all the bumps in the road.  We are forever grateful for our experience with this company and would recommend to anyone looking for a highly reputable company who delivers what they say they will.  Irene and her team are absolutely, hands-down, the best!  

We were blown away by the personal attention, care, and service that the travel agency provided us. We gave them a rough skeleton itinerary and budget, and they found the trip of our dreams under our budget! Eleni was GREAT. She was in near-constant communication leading up to our trip and was ALWAYS available if anything went wrong or if we had questions while in Greece. She had all the answers and insider/local info we could have needed. If we ever go back to Greece, we are absolutely using this travel company and Eleni again. 

My wife and I had a wonderful two week trip to Spain and Portugal. This was our first time in either country and we decided that we wanted to experience a variety of cities to get a flavor of the countries, see culture, history, and enjoy ourselves. We worked closely with Patricia at the travel agency both in developing the itinerary, figuring out the best places to go, and in figuring out the logistics around everything you need to do to make a 2 week, multiple city trip as seamless as possible.Patricia and the agency were terrific. We wanted to develop a broad itinerary with a combination of staying in major cities, having the possibility for day trips, reducing travel time as much as possible, and having exposure to different cultural backgrounds. We visited Barcelona (with a day trip to Girona/Figuera), Madrid (day trip to Toledo), Seville (day trip to Cordoba) and Lisbon. Patricia and team had outstanding local guides lined up in each of these places - tailored to the subject of the particular tour. We saw Dali - we had a Dali expert. We went ebiking, we had the owner of a bike shop who runs a tour business as well. We did Flamenco and tapas in Seville - we had a multi-talented Flamenco dancer who helped us understand the background of the city and its connection to dance and music. The guide choices were terrific.Patricia and team also were very strong logistically. In the process to set the itinerary, Patricia offered hotel choices and when I wanted something a bit different in some places, she had terrific additional options as well. Travel & transfers were all top notch, smooth, and well coordinated. She also helped reservations for dining and recommendations for places as well. When, late in the process, we wanted to add two friends to part of our trip, the process of adding them was seamless and easy. And responsiveness was unbelievable. She and her team were always available via WhatsApp (and responded immediately) to any questions. I always felt that if we needed anything, Patricia and her team were there to help.

Our travel company designed and executed an exceptional visit to Puglia, Italy. I was kept well informed during the planning process and they responded very quickly...usually leading me to do research and make decisions. I was completely impressed with their knowledge. During the trip, everything happened exactly on schedule and the guides and drivers provided were uniformly excellent. While I carefully examined the suggested hotels in advance (the travel agency provided all the info for me to do that), I was very impressed upon arrival and my stays were excellent.
