Fabulous trip, the travel agency did a great job; everything was so easy.  Drivers met us everywhere, tour guides were knowledgeable, we loved Turkey. There was one tour guide that we didn't love and they immediately handled everything above our expectations. Hotels they picked were great, they gave us several options and all were good.  Good recommendations for restaurants, etc.

Bulent was such an amazing planner for my parent's trip to Turkey. Genuinely a kind, empathetic and motivated person! Those qualities really show how he is such a great travel planner. I wanted to gift my parents a trip to Turkey as my appreciation to them for helping me get my first job and paycheck. I relayed this information to Bulent, and he single-handedly molded all my asks/expectations into the budget I had in mind. He truly was so understanding and patient and curated amazing experiences for my parents. They loved everything about the trip and raved about the quiet luxury and culture that Bulent and his team instilled. They loved Turkey so much and brought so many things back, and would not hesitate to rave about the hotels, food, people, architecture, and even the ease/luxury of transportation. Would 100000% recommend Bulent and the travel agency as they put so much love and care into their clients and their experiences. Thanks so so much Bulent :)

Our travel company was very helpful in the trip planning and development of an itinerary based on areas we wanted to see. They modified the itinerary as needed and answered questions very timely.We had a great time on our trip to Turkey! The guide they provided did a wonderful job and accompanied us throughout the trip which was very helpful. All of the transportation cars and drivers were excellent which my husband really enjoyed. The tours all started on time and covered everything we wanted. They were also flexible if needed based on our needs. All of the hotels we stayed at were great and had good English speaking staff which was very helpful.  Overall, I would highly recommend this travel agency for Turkey trips!  

Just completed a wonderful 10 day trip to Turkey.  We traveled to Istanbul, Cappadocia and Izmir/Ephesus. Our tour operator organized our trip perfectly.  Derya, the co-owner of the travel company was very responsive to all my questions prior to booking and provided local knowledge to our trip planning.  Once we landed at Istanbul airport, every aspect of our travels was curated flawlessly.  A welcome assistant and driver at the airport, well located and appointed hotels, great recommendations to restaurants and other activities.  Additionally, our private tour guide was fabulous.  We enjoyed spending time with her and learning so much about the history and culture of Turkey. 

Nico and the team were helpful, informative and communicative from the earliest planning stages to a personal phone call the day we left the Baltic countries for our return home.  Their hotel recommendations proved to be excellent choices and while I'm certain they treat all of their guests well I'm also certain that a booking from this travel agency received special attention and consideration.  Our guides were professional in every respect and we enjoyed our time with them.  Our drivers were prompt, courteous, and cautious.  The published itinerary, which included so many "extras" such as convenient restaurant choices and historical information on each locale, was the best I've seen and should be a model for other companies.  I applaud this travel agency for their fine work and I applaud Zicasso for using them.
