Aziz at the travel agency was a pleasure to work with.  He developed an amazing itinerary for our family's first trip to Egypt.  He worked with us on the activities, cruise, and times at each location.  He was always pleasant and very helpful answering all of our (many) questions.  The company staff during our trip were all polite and professional.  The vehicles were clean and the staff at every location was always helpful. In Aswan, they accommodated a late change in sites where we added a site and skipped another with no issue.

Our trip to Egypt was perfect thanks to this travel agency. They did an excellent job with our itinerary, the trip logistics, our local guides, wonderful hotels and transportation. We saw the pyramids, the Sphinx and all key sites along the Nile. We cruised part of the way and spent a few days at the Red Sea at the end of the trip. There was time to visit a souk and ride camels, take a boat to an island temple and have high tea. It was the perfect balance of sightseeing and relaxation.

Every now and then, during our visit to Egypt, my husband and I would turn to each other and say, "This is the trip of a lifetime!". And it was.Flawlessly organized by the travel agency, our nearly two-week, private trip to Egypt (with an extension to Petra, Jordan) was beyond all our expectations. Amr worked with us to plan the perfect itinerary. He listened to everything we wanted to see and do, as well as suggesting sights we weren't aware of.In Cairo, our destination manager made sure everything went smoothly. Our Egyptologist guides were experts about everything we were seeing and great story tellers. They made ancient Egypt come alive for us. Plus, their guidance about modern Egypt was invaluable. And out Jordanian guide helped us discover the magic of his country, especially Petra.From our expert drivers to the people who greeted us, accompanied us, and guided us through the airports, our trip was perfect. The transportation supplied was excellent and the hotel accommodations the travel agency arranged for us were fabulous.I've been wanting to see Egypt for most of my life. This trip was everything I had dreamed it would be and more. Thanks to our travel agency, this really was the trip of a lifetime! Thank you!!!

So first, the trip was supposed to cover three countries.  Neither my friend nor I could really afford or had the time to do all three, so we asked if we could just do one country, Egypt.  Sure no problem was the answer! A complete customized trip just for us.  It can be a little daunting arriving at a foreign contry's airport where you don't speak the language, which is why it was so great so have someone meet us at each airport, and have someone ride with us to the hotels.  The hotels were great; clean, roomy, with the friendliest staff.  And the food at the restauants was out of this world.  Especially the pastires.  One of our guides was such a sweetheart and oh so knowledgable.  Our other guide seemed to know just how much we cold manage in one day.  The drivers were amazing, but we did not get their names....they met us at the airports and guided us through.  There was another gentleman, I forget his name, and they were so helpful.  Egypt was a bucket list trip for me.  I had never dealt with Zicasso before, but they will be the first I contact for future trips.  Becky K. 

The trip was very well organized, the travel agency's manager Ahmed was at airport from first minute we landed in Cairo till going back home. Mr Ahmed organized the trip and he was involved in every little step. Hotels choices were great in both Cairo and Luxor. Van and drivers were excellent choices especially in Cairo. The egyptologist in Cairo was an excellent tourist guide. We felt so lucky walking with her around all historic places and trying to absorb all given information. The trip was excellent from every aspect of it. Feeling safe and treated like a family member not like a money source to take advantage of. 6 days private tour was excellent, overwhelming and beyond our expectations. We were given free lunches by the egyptologist at bast places of Egypt ethnic food. This company is highly recommended and I will ask for Eman. 

Our travel company was very helpful in the trip planning and development of an itinerary based on areas we wanted to see. They modified the itinerary as needed and answered questions very timely.We had a great time on our trip to Turkey! The guide they provided did a wonderful job and accompanied us throughout the trip which was very helpful. All of the transportation cars and drivers were excellent which my husband really enjoyed. The tours all started on time and covered everything we wanted. They were also flexible if needed based on our needs. All of the hotels we stayed at were great and had good English speaking staff which was very helpful.  Overall, I would highly recommend this travel agency for Turkey trips!  

Our trip to Egypt was fabulous - way beyond our expectations. The ease of getting from place to place with our drivers and guides made the trip more relaxing. It was nice to not worry about navigating Egypt on our own. We loved all of the local guides and representatives that our travel company chose for us. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The overall itinerary of the trip was nice, but we wish we could have customized it a little more since we were more interested in history and archeology than dining and shopping. The local guides made our trip so memorable, and they worked tirelessly to tailor our trip to what we wanted. We would recommend this travel agency to friends and family. We went on this trip thinking it would be a once in a lifetime experience, and we left wanting to plan a return trip to Egypt because it was so incredibly amazing. We would use this travel team again to help us plan our second trip. 

We had a great trip with only a few glitches which we would expect and were resolved quickly.  The guides were outstanding very competent and gave us insight to understanding the culture and history and of Egypt and Jordan.  We felt very safe as we traveled.
