We can’t say enough good things about our experience working with Lalo and the travel agency. After several phone conversations with him, it felt more like a friend was arranging a memorable trip to Spain and Portugal for us rather than a travel specialist. All we had to do was schedule our flights to and from Barcelona; Lalo took care of everything else. He paid very close attention to everything we requested, made suggestions for alternative/additional places to visit and provided us with a very detailed proposal. We could not have been more pleased with the results, and we could not have developed as good a program on our own.During the trip, everything went as planned, and from time to time, Lalo checked in with us to see how things were going. The hotels were all excellent, transfers/drivers on time, and guides knowledgeable and engaging. The one time we needed assistance at a hotel, it was taken care of immediately. We felt that Lalo took a personal interest in making sure everything went well on our visit to Spain and Portugal. He specifically requested particular guides in many of the cities and locations we visited and even arranged to meet us for ice cream while we were in Madrid. Lalo was a blessing to us. If we were to rate the trip on a five-point scale it would be a five. If we were to rate the personal services he provided through the travel company, it would be six on the five-point scale. We had a fantastic time and were able to see a great deal of Spain and Portugal in a relatively short period of time.

We were exceptionally satisfied to work with Mr. Jorge from the travel agency.  He spent a great deal of time with us prior to the trip in order to get to know us by phone and in writing.  He did not try to fit us into a one size fits all package.  Instead, he attentively listened to our preferences and got a sense of our personas.  In so doing he designed our personalized dream vacation.  He made sure that our special needs were met. He provided us with first class guides, hotels and transportation.Whenever we needed to speak with him during our trip, he was available to us and responded with patients, grace and humor.  Mr. Jorge went beyond his usual services and arranged a vegetarian meal for our flight as well as to reserve a wheelchair for me.  He was even able to intervene on our behalf at the Madrid airport when we arrived and could not get a wheelchair that was specifically reserved for me.It has been a great pleasure for us to work with Mr. Jorge.  Thank you Ziscasso for recommending this travel agency.Sincerely,  Henie Kurzman 

My wife and I had a wonderful two week trip to Spain and Portugal. This was our first time in either country and we decided that we wanted to experience a variety of cities to get a flavor of the countries, see culture, history, and enjoy ourselves. We worked closely with Patricia at the travel agency both in developing the itinerary, figuring out the best places to go, and in figuring out the logistics around everything you need to do to make a 2 week, multiple city trip as seamless as possible.Patricia and the agency were terrific. We wanted to develop a broad itinerary with a combination of staying in major cities, having the possibility for day trips, reducing travel time as much as possible, and having exposure to different cultural backgrounds. We visited Barcelona (with a day trip to Girona/Figuera), Madrid (day trip to Toledo), Seville (day trip to Cordoba) and Lisbon. Patricia and team had outstanding local guides lined up in each of these places - tailored to the subject of the particular tour. We saw Dali - we had a Dali expert. We went ebiking, we had the owner of a bike shop who runs a tour business as well. We did Flamenco and tapas in Seville - we had a multi-talented Flamenco dancer who helped us understand the background of the city and its connection to dance and music. The guide choices were terrific.Patricia and team also were very strong logistically. In the process to set the itinerary, Patricia offered hotel choices and when I wanted something a bit different in some places, she had terrific additional options as well. Travel & transfers were all top notch, smooth, and well coordinated. She also helped reservations for dining and recommendations for places as well. When, late in the process, we wanted to add two friends to part of our trip, the process of adding them was seamless and easy. And responsiveness was unbelievable. She and her team were always available via WhatsApp (and responded immediately) to any questions. I always felt that if we needed anything, Patricia and her team were there to help.

Manlio from the agency listened to our family and customized the trip to meet our needs. We did not want to spend our days stuck on a tour bus barely able to hear our guides and being carted from place to place . We wanted to see Barcelona and Madrid but also have time to explore on our own! The agency delivered with their itinerary.  Each day was filled with an activity but also adequate time to be adventurous on our own. They organized everything from our drivers to the tour guides and tickets. The local tour guides were absolutely amazing - knowledgeable about their respective cities and able to adapt their tours to 2 teenagers and keep them engaged!  The best part was the one on one attention and the fact that we had a guide in each city so we really got to know them. We also did a cooking class with a local chef and making paella was really fun experience in addition to seeing the market with her. 

This was a trip of a lifetime with my mom, sister and brother.  We are so grateful to Emily and her team for all they did for us and the wonderful time we had.  Everything went completely smoothly and we had a blast.  It was really a "perfect" vacation for us with the right amount of planned activities and down time.  Emily and her team were in communication with us daily, reminding us of our next day activities. Our drivers were always on time and were each charming and fun to be with.  It was such a relief to have everything taken care of- from airport transportation to our apartments- and not have to worry about anything.  A true vacation!  Thank you! 

Our trip to Portugal in May 2023 was simply fabulous! We left the planning to Angela and Paloma knowing they would create the perfect itinerary for us. I must confess this is the second time my husband and I and our two friends have used the travel agency who planned our trips to Spain (2019) and Portugal.The attention and care they give to every detail is unmatched - and I have traveled extensively. For example, they know, among other aspects of our trip, we love wine and food so their selections of restaurants, markets, and wine and food tastings were amazing "gastro" experiences. The tour guides and drivers were all knowledgeable of the history and attractions throughout Portugal - providing interesting historical facts and trivia as we traveled from the Algarve region to Porto, and east to Duoro Valley.If you're looking for a company you can have confidence in knowing how to plan an itinerary to meet your desires and interests, then look no further.

Overall, we were very pleased with the travel company and the itinerary Raquel developed for us.  Raquel actually met us as our hotel in Madrid when we arrived and provided constant reminders of our itinerary and contact information for our drivers via an app.  We especially liked everyone from the local tour company in San Sebastian. 

My wife and I had a wonderful time exploring Morocco and Spain. The travel agency looked after our specific needs and were very accommodating.
