We had an excellent trip – thanks to the efforts of the travel agency.During our planning process we found the agency to be super responsive and helpful. – Answering our questions promptly (on at least one occasion – within the hour!!) and, to finalize details, taking part in a Zoom meeting.We were looked after from arrival to departure. In particular we would mention seamless transfers to and from airports, excellent drivers, helpful and knowledgeable guides, efforts made to ensure we received what we had asked for at hotels and on the (very rare) occasion where an unexpected problem occurred, the speed with which a solution was found by the agency or our Guide. Arranging for us to have same Guide – for 14 days (Bogdagra arrival and departure) and Driver was an exceptionally good move. Guide and Driver were an excellent professional team, possessing an in depth knowledge of towns we stayed in (Darjeeling, Gangtok, Mangan, Lachung, Kalimpong), places we visited (too numerous to list!), and the very demanding mountain roads we travelled on, all requiring advanced driving skills which our driver possessed. We cannot thank these two enough for their efforts on our behalf.

I first reached out to Himanthi when I had trouble booking accommodations for my larger family for our Japan trip. She was able to do that and more! Our itinerary became more complicated as we added things we wanted to do for our trip. With lots of emails back and forth, she was able to get us the perfect trip, the first to Japan for my kids. The room that she was able to secure for us in Tokyo was amazing. It was spacious, with a mix of traditional and modern. Every hotel was perfect, with breakfast included which was super helpful. Everything was planned so seamlessly, so that I didn't have to worry about anything. The itinerary she sent us was very helpful in navigating all the transportation to our activities. I was able to contact Himanthi, or a local agent in Tokyo when I had last minute concerns or questions and they were very quick to respond.I lived in Japan and had originally planned on just booking a hotel on my own. I am so happy I went with Himanthi and the travel agency. We were able to experience so much more than we would have on our own, and we felt like we were treated like VIPs! What a super special and memorable trip for our family.

Overall, a very positive experience. What I love about traveling is what you learn about yourself and how you respond. The travel agency offered the vehicle for this to become a reality. The agency and partners usually came through without a hiccup. There were three outstanding guides: one in Siem Reap, in Chiang Rai, and in Vientiane. They were knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. All accommodations were excellent and most guides offered restaurant suggestions within walking distance. The timing of tours and length offered the  right amount of time to enjoy the highlights. Also, guides were able to add suggestions based on our interests.

We did this trip for our honeymoon, and our experience with the travel agency was amazing, they were on top of things at all times, they were very attentive to the details, and resolved all the doubts we had prior to our arrival and during our trip. This trip was an unforgettable experience, we enjoyed so much traveling to the cities recommended since we got to know better the culture with the guides assigned and enjoyed local experiences. The trip was perfectly planned, and all their staff did an outstanding job in taking care of every single detail of our trip, facilitating/solving any situation and language barrier. We felt very comfortable with the itinerary and grateful that we were able to see so many things in a short time. We definitely cherish this experience and went back home with grateful hearts for all these memorable experiences.

In late 2019 we booked a trip to Japan through our travel agency that was to happen in Spring 2020. Then Covid appeared and the world shut down. During the delay, the company was clear and timely in communication as we tried to reschedule our trip a few times, hoping Japan would allow tourists again. After 3 years Japan finally reopened and we were able to complete our vacation in April, 2023.The wait was worth it. From beginning to end of our 15 day visit, we were guided and assisted by friendly, knowledgeable guides and drivers; we had excellent communication with in-country representatives; we had outstanding accommodations; we saw the big tourist attractions and a few "special" tours where it was just us, our guide and local residents. All in all an amazing experience that we could never have planned by ourselves.Thanks to Charlotte and the team at the travel company and to our wonderful guides in Japan. This was a vacation we will never forget.

Susan did a FABULOUS job at packing in everything we wanted to do and see.  She worked hard to make sure she answered all of our questions  (even if we asked them more than once!) and had every last detail worked out to make our trip as seamless as possible.  The accommodations were excellent, the food was delicious, and the hospitality in India and Nepal was outstanding.  We always felt well taken care of, and if we had any questions while on our trip, they were always answered immediately.  We can't say enough about Susan and her team!  We would definitely recommend them and use them again.

The trip was fun and exciting and went very well.  The guides chosen were very knowledgeable and attentive.  Logistics were good as well.  Suzie and the team were all very attentive. 

This was an excellent company to work with. We would recommend to all.  However I want to preface this review by stating that this trip was planned back in Jan. of 2020, prior to the Chinese virus disaster, and that this trip was postponed in March 2020 for 3 consecutive years. Our original travel planner left the company, and a new one was installed to carry on this trip to completion, (she did a great job).  The goal of our trip was based on cultural aspects and the people of the countries visited.  Despite setbacks, all and all this was a good trip.   Of course, there were several instances beyond everyone’s control that caused this trip to be less than stellar.  Weather (pollution). We didn't see the sun for 30+ days, and changes due to the Chinese virus. The explanation of events and itinerary were far more glorious than received.  Not bad, but different.  But all in all it was a great trip nonetheless. Yes we would recommend to all.
