Our trip to Egypt was perfect thanks to this travel agency. They did an excellent job with our itinerary, the trip logistics, our local guides, wonderful hotels and transportation. We saw the pyramids, the Sphinx and all key sites along the Nile. We cruised part of the way and spent a few days at the Red Sea at the end of the trip. There was time to visit a souk and ride camels, take a boat to an island temple and have high tea. It was the perfect balance of sightseeing and relaxation.

LeeAnn and the travel agency did a great job planning and executing our trip. LeeAnn was very responsive throughout the process and gave us many ideas and options for our itinerary. We loved our guide as well. He was friendly and knowledgable and made our journey with enjoyable and informative. He suggested and showed us interesting places that was on the way but not in our itinerary. As foodies, we enjoyed the local cuisine and our guide was an excellent food guide as well. We felt safe traveling with this agency and had one memorable trip to one of the most fascinating places in the world. I would strongly recommend LeeAnn and the travel company if you are planning to trip to Israel.

Our trip to Israel and Jordan was really wonderful! Nathan of this travel company really listened and worked with me to plan a customized trip that was perfect for us (couple). Although our time in Israel was only 6 days, we did so much - Galilee area (Nazareth, Capernaum, Golan Heights, Jordan Valley, Beit She'an and more), Jerusalem (Old City, Museums and more), Masada, Dead Sea.... We had an excellent guide who not only was able to guide us away from the crowds or tourists, but also knew so much about the religious, historical, archaeological and political history of the region. We had many interesting and detailed discussions which enhanced our understanding of the whole Middle East. In Jordan, we were able to spend a day and a half in Petra, a truly wonder of the world. We would definitely recommend this agency for a trip to Israel.

My husband and I decided to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary by a blow out trip to the Middle East -- something that has always been on our bucket list.  It was my task to search online; reading reviews, put out posts on Facebook for recommendations, etc.  Once I had a list of possible tour guides/companies I began to reach out.  We found Melanie with Zicasso and began discussing our plans and what we wanted to achieve.  For us, we wanted a customized trip that was private and flexible.  For our anniversary we didn't want to be on a big fat bus full of strangers dragging us all over Israel/Jordan.  Instead, Melanie found us private tours, private transfers, and customizable excursions and experiences that we specifically wanted -- PLUS recommended some things that we may be of interest to us.  Once we began finalizing the trip, we actually got an app that kept up with all our excursions and daily itinerary.  It also included documents that we needed to keep up with.  This app was very thorough and I appreciated access to it even offline.  There were things added to our trip (like private transfer from airport) that I wouldn't understand just how important until we needed them.  Melanie was a pleasure to work with and really had an awesome attitude and certainly exceeded our expectations.  We are already looking at next year's travel plans with Melanie/Zicasso.  I've used travel agencies in the past, but never had this level of detailed planning and service.  This trip made us feel VIP - from start to finish -- and you will be pleasantly surprised should you choose to use this travel service - and Melanie.

Our family of 3 just returned from a fabulous private tour of Israel planned by LeeAnn at the tour agency. From the initial conversation we had with LeeAnn to discuss our wants and needs for our trip we knew this was the right company for us. We loved the fact that they were based in Israel and could plan our trip within a short time frame (8 weeks). She listened to our interests and made recommendations for our itinerary based on them. We then worked together and perfected the perfect 11-day itinerary for our family. Our guide, who LeeAnn contracted was superb. He not only hit everything on our itinerary, he showed us so much more! We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and we’re all in tears when we had to say goodbye.The tour agency from start to finish was just what we needed for the perfect trip to Israel. Thank you LeeAnn for a trip that we will never forget!

Our trip with this travel agency was everything we hoped it would be.  LeeAnn was a wonderful partner in planning the trip and was able to think through the logistics for 3 generations in a very active itinerary. Our accomodations were mostly wonderful and when there was an exception, I felt I had her support in correcting an issue.  As security was a concern during our trip to Israel, I felt like they were very proactive in their communication with us in a way that made our group feel completely safe and cared for. Our tour guide was amazing and I can not recommend him more. He was a wealth of knowledge and so easy to be around. He immediately felt like one of the family with a great sense of humor, great anecdotes and endless patience for our questions.

Melanie was very prompt in her replies and provided answers to all our questions. Her suggested itinerary was much appreciated. Her local point person was also with us at every step.This is my second trip with Zicasso ( Morocco in 2016). I do appreciate your assistance in areas that I am nervous to plan on my own (language, safety and booking issues). A few suggestions and observations to help improve for the future. Regarding our guides.  We are not your tourist that has a checklist to visit every place that is of interest.  We read the history, politics, culture of the place we intend to visit - in great detail.  Our guide in Israel was one of the best guides we ever had. He was intelligent and informative and respected the fact that we had a respectable knowledge of the area and the sites that we were going to see. On the other hand - our guide in Jordan, albeit a very kind and obliging person -was inadequate in his knowledge and expertise as a guide. He definitely needs some refresher training- I knew more about Jordan than he seemed to! I think he is used to big buses of tourists who just wander and take pictures.  Dinners were to be on our own. I am very used to researching and booking dinners around the world. Melanie should have been proactive regarding this, especially due to Shabbat in Jerusalem and the limited information on Jordan available to the outside world.  Once I had made some reservations on my own- Melanie did get back to me with reservations. I was very upset when the local tour company wanted to charge me for making dinner reservations!!! As a tour company - that should have been a given! Our guide in Israel was amazing - not only did he suggest places in Jerusalem (on a holiday) but also made phone calls for us (we cannot speak the language). Regarding Petra by Night- it was a total waste of time - but if the event changes it will be great.  Our itinerary was great! We loved the camp in Wadi Rum.

TRIP OF A LIFE TIME WITH OUR TRAVEL AGENCY TO ISRAELThis is a first rate tour company.  LeeAnn and the team took care of everything from transfers, hotels, spa requests and tour.We were matched with an outstanding guide.  He made the trip one I won't ever forget.Because of him the tours were fascinating, informative and custom tailored to our culinary, cultural interests and physical stamina level.This was truly a trip of a lifetime. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------Hiking through Timna Park (one of the most beautiful National Parks in the World) with this great guide at the helm, made this a memorable experience.The icing was a show they booked in Eilat called the WOW Vegas show.This was a family friendly cirque de solie show done as a theatre production. The airlines had an unforseen delay which required us to stay overnight.The travel agency arranged all the additional transfers and hotel reservations.I think this must be one of the leading private tour companies in Israel.Personally would recommend using them if you want a grand experience in Israelnot cramped with 40 plus people and truly want to enjoy the sights and sounds of Israel.

I had a wonderful trip to Israel and Egypt in late April. I had a pretty tight schedule but Kirsty, the owner of the travel agency, designed an itinerary which allowed me to see most of the must-sees. Since this is a private trip, the transportations and logistics were well arranged as door to door services. The hotels picked were all great. Kirsty has been very helpful and responsive, at the beginning of the planning phase, she listens and understands my needs, and then provide her expert guidance/recommendations accordingly. I would definitely use her service again next time travel to that region, and have no reservations to recommend the travel company to my friends.

We found the staff LeeAnn at the travel agency very responsive. She answered emails promptly and actually came to say hello on our last morning. We enjoyed visiting Israel and were able to create a trip that allowed us to visit sites we had never seen. Of course we also did "mandatory" sites, such as the western wall and yad vashem, but also did a graffiti tour and visited the friends of zion museum.

Our travel company's tour was a great success. It was a part of a 40th anniversary bucket list adventure. Our family group of 4 got to sample the Eastern Mediterranean via cruise ship before our travel adventure, including two stops in Israel. We knew we wanted to spend much more time in Israel. We are a multi-faith family and wanted a customized itinerary since typical itineraries focus on a single religious tradition. We worked with LeeAnn from this travel company to coordinate and make our Israel experience right for us. It worked.

The planning started pre-Covid in 2020 and was postponed twice. LeeAnn made sure we were informed of developments and made whatever adjustments were needed. We knew we were in good hands when, as promised, LeeAnn had arranged for a man to meet us in the jetway to guide us through entry into Israel. He introduced us to our driver for transfer to our hotel. For first time visitors to Israel, that was reassuring.

Our guide/driver was outstanding. We learned so much about each place on the itinerary and he took us to rarely visited sections of traditional sites. We were impressed with his camaraderie with restaurant workers, shopkeepers, people offering camel rides, ticket takers, officials at checkpoints, and other guides. He knew many of them and made friends with the rest. This made for a smooth trip and special access. He helped us make a few needed adjustments to the itinerary, so we accomplished our trip objectives. The camel ride was an unplanned add-on. We had numerous geopolitical discussions and appreciated his non-judgmental, well-informed perspectives.

Our accommodations were wonderful. The staff at the hotel in Tel Aviv was particularly helpful. LeeAnn and our guide/driver worked well together and took care of logistical matters without impacting us or our itinerary.

This trip more than met our expectations.We looked forward each day to the new adventure our lovely travel agent had lined up. In Egypt we were immersed in ancient history, in Jordan my husband relieved the Petra experience of 56 years ago and in Israel we followed the footsteps of the Christians and the Jews. As this month long trip was organized very quickly we felt lucky to have an agent who had personally been to these places and could advise us of what she felt we would like. As it turned out she hit the sweet spot.
