My husband and I had the most memorable, romantic trip to celebrate my 50th birthday.  Our travel agent, Alex, was able to secure exclusive accommodations, transportation and experiences.  The itinerary she came up with to satisfy our wish list with only 8 nights lodging was impressive.  The drivers and guides were of the highest quality and added so much to our experiences.  She was very responsive and attentive throughout the planning stages and while we were vacationing.  The experiences were above and beyond our expectations.  

The travel agency did a fantastic job not only in planning our trip, but as a resource once we arrived in Italy. Nicoletta did a great job of planning to our budget and included the best events along the way.   The local guides we had for tours were extremely energetic and knowledgeable, the drivers and pick-ups were on time or a little early, and when the weather didn't cooperate with a boat trip that was planned, she literally pivoted and found us a great cooking class to do in its place. This travel agency would be recommended by not only me, but the 9 other people who travelled on this trip.  The local guide we had in Como, as an example, met us early to take the funicular to Burate (9:45 am so not crazy early) to beat the crowds.  We easily did and when we came down there was a huge line just to go up.   This made the excursion that much better. I arranged this trip for 9 friends and family and I could not have done it without Nicoletta - the whole group continually commented on how pleased they were with the various activities. We traveled in the Amalfi Coast area and then went to Lake Como and we had wonderful experiences in both locations.  Grazie to the travel agency and to Zicasso for offering their services to us as an option. 

Trip was so amazing!! Robert and his team far surpassed our expectations! Thank you alll so much!!I was so nervous since I had never been out of country. We also had so many requests but really needed guidance as well Robert was so patient and knowledgeable he put us at ease. His drivers and tour guides were also so kind helpful amd knowledgeable. At the end of each tour or drive we felt we made made new friends and hugged them goodbye!Truly top of the line service for budget we requested. We can’t say enough about about how thankful we are for his skill and knowledge and PATIENCE!! Lol We will definitely use Robert again!! 

We had an absolutely amazing trip. The travel agency thought of everything and curated the most amazing experiences for us. Our travel agent was amazing. She was responsive to all calls and helped us with the one issue we had when we were unsure of where to meet our driver. (This was due to the construction at the train station that impacted our ability to find where to meet.) The whole company was also responsive for the planning process. The travel agency listened to what our thoughts and wants were and created a trip that met end exceeded our expectations. The itinerary that was provided was clear and easy to follow. Halfway through the trip we started talking about how we cannot wait to come back and will be using this agency again to help us.

Our travel company designed and executed an exceptional visit to Puglia, Italy. I was kept well informed during the planning process and they responded very quickly...usually leading me to do research and make decisions. I was completely impressed with their knowledge. During the trip, everything happened exactly on schedule and the guides and drivers provided were uniformly excellent. While I carefully examined the suggested hotels in advance (the travel agency provided all the info for me to do that), I was very impressed upon arrival and my stays were excellent.

Our two week trip to Italy was planned with an impeccable amount of detail and care.  Courtney listened to my vision for the trip and turned it into a reality with all the i's dotted and t's crossed.  Since we were traveling with two kids, it was critical that we had all the tours, transportation, and details dialed in...and they absolutely were.  The activities were more kid-centric so my kiddos had a blast, but everything was still magical for adults too.  This was a trip of a lifetime and I am so grateful that we had the travel agency helping us turn into a reality! 

We visited Italy in early July and it was the trip of a lifetime. We wanted to see as much as we could in two weeks and Michela planned a fantastic adventure for our family. We had so many fun excursions to experience: private guided tours in Venice, Florence and Rome; a truffle hunt and wine tasting in Tuscany; and a boat tour and pizza cooking course in the Amalfi Coast. Our accommodations were lovely, ranging from boutique hotels to former palazzos to a rustic farmhouse. Michela also arranged train tickets and private transfers, which made transit less stressful. One thing that was the most helpful was the travel itinerary Michela provided - it had an overall summary of our trip, a daily schedule on each page, and detailed notes about logistics. Michela also went above and beyond when we encountered some snafus during our trip. When we missed our connecting flight to Italy, she helped look for other available flights. When an excursion was canceled due to the weather, she tried to find us an alternative and started processing a refund right away. When there was a taxi strike in Rome, she advised us about different options to get to the train station. A lot of agents probably would not have answered their phone, but Michela was there for us and genuinely tried to help. She was always prompt and professional and we would highly recommend her to anyone.

Our first trip abroad to Italy was amazing! Our itinerary was all that we'd hoped for, and the arrangements for lodging, transportation, and recommendations for sightseeing and dining provided details we didn't have to search out and they were spot on. Wow! I felt so spoiled, and it was so fun! It was assuring to have travel specialists available to us to help should we need assistance. This was a trip of a lifetime, but I hope not. We'll look to Zicasso for another tour and suggest you do too!
