From the first time we spoke, nearly 7 months before our trip, I found Jaouad to be caring, observant, and completely customer-focused on my wife and my goals for our very special 20th anniversary trip to visit Morocco. Our trip was truly fantastic: we adore our driver, each and every guide was knowledgeable and kind, each riad was chosen with great care, and we will have memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. Fabulous trip, the travel agency did a great job; everything was so easy.  Drivers met us everywhere, tour guides were knowledgeable, we loved Turkey. There was one tour guide that we didn't love and they immediately handled everything above our expectations. Hotels they picked were great, they gave us several options and all were good.  Good recommendations for restaurants, etc.

Our trip was amazing. There is no way to plan a trip this great on your own but this travel agency has it figured out for you. Every single day was filled with the best experiences and each experience was of the highest quality. Our guide was wonderful, what a great person. He was so prepared and knowledgeable and was the most gracious and thoughtful person. This was a trip of a lifetime and we couldn't be happier. I just wish this travel company could handle our travel plans when we go on our next vacation outside of Morocco!

Five stars is usually the top review, but that’s not enough stars for the trip we just took. This tour needs eight stars, or ten stars. The point is: if you have the opportunity to go to Morocco, do this tour. Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere. Book your tour with this travel agency and call it a day!Now that we’re home, the entire trip feels like a dream, another world altogether and a great way to cleanse your mind leaving your day-to-day thoughts and concerns behind. We spent twelve days in Morocco. Our trip started in Tangier where we were picked up by our personal driver, a great guy. He was very well mannered, with a terrific sense of humor, always punctual, and who knew the lay of the land like the back of his hand. A guy like him is essential to the success of your tour because you spend a lot of time with him traveling.  He shook our hands, grabbed our luggage and off we went, always feeling totally taken care of and safe with him at the wheel. He made sure everything we had planned happened on time and made himself available to our every need. As the days progressed we learned bits and pieces of his personal life, so far removed from ours in the Sahara Desert, and fascinating, even the Moroccan music he played for us in the van created a wonderful background. From the first hotel, historic and beautiful with a great spa and pool, hidden from the street (as are all gorgeous structures in Morocco), we were met by an incredibly educated Guide who showed us around the streets where The Borne Identity and several Bond films were shot.  We learned the history of the city, the logic of its architecture and the system of its design, and how various peoples co-existed for centuries. The sounds of the languages heard, the smells of the food, the rhythm of the culture were immediately foreign, yet intoxicating. Not to mention the music and belly dancing in the hotel restaurant during dinner, like you were in an old movie and Humphrey Bogart was at another table.From there we traveled to Chefchaouen “the Blue City” where our guide was an eighty-year-old Islamic scholar with a larger-than-life personality who taught us about its culture and history. Everything was interesting to see (much of it painted several shades of blue), and to hear about- from why fish arrived in the night, to a past Queen that inhabited a small building thru a narrow nook and cranny, to evidence of Jews, Christians, and Muslims co-existing in peace.We could go on and on, but in short, we had very well-educated guides escorting us, each fluent in 3-4 languages, and we experienced everything from Roman ruins to the Sahara Desert.  A highlight was the sunset camel ride across the sand to a gorgeous tent village hidden away from civilization. An added bonus was that our guides had great personalities and knew how to take pictures and videos that will blow your socks off! We learned first-hand about Medinas in Fes, learned about their spices, pottery, and ceramics, had specially prepared meals, hiked into fortresses and caves where they shot Gladiator, and took an amazing cooking class. Additionally, every hotel or Riad we stayed at was another hidden treasure that enabled us to get plenty of rest and relaxation. We enjoyed the souks in Marrakech and our tour there. I’m not a typical tourist walking around taking pictures, but on this tour I took hundreds, videos too. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime trip and I feel very lucky to have had the great fortune to do so.It was very easy to work with Hassan to plan this trip. He listened to my needs, was very responsive and helped craft a perfect trip for us.  He checked in during the trip to make sure it was going well and met up with us at the end of the trip in person.  A+. 

This trip, planned by the travel company, was exceptional!  Dev planned a meticulously designed tour of Italy for an intra-generational family of 7 (age 13 to age 80). Without her detailed knowledge of Italy and travel in general, we would have been lost and wasted tremendous time and energy.  With Dev, we had an unforgettable trip for which we simply had to show up...with EVERY consideration handled.  I am incredibly grateful I found Dev. I felt from the moment I spoke to her she was THE perfect person to plan our trip and this feeling only grew more strong as the travel planning began and ultimately finalized. We simply will not travel internationally in the future without Dev! My entire family agrees! Every detail of this trip was thought through from start to finish before we started the trip including spot-on recommendations that made the trip possible in ways that we had not yet even considered. Dev recommended a walker for my mother for certain activities and while my mother was resistant at first; we realized upon arrival, that this suggestion SAVED the trip. Without this aid, it would have been almost impossible for my mother to see what she wanted to see. On top of this, what really stood out to me were the ways that Dev took care of us while we were on the trip when we had problems or changes beyond our control. For example, our train had a change to a different station overnight. Dev ensured not only that we were aware but ALSO ensured a local contact was there to meet us at the train station to ensure once the driver dropped us off, that we would make it to the train. What a relief to be greeted by her!  On top of this, my father left an important medical device at home. I was able to locate it with a vendor but had no way to figure out how to obtain it. I mentioned it once to Dev and it was handled in short order.  Again, unbelievable support just when needed! And last but not least, this entire trip had to be entirely redone due to a new job for my son. She moved everything around and made it work without any issue! I simply cannot say how much this trip exceeded the expectations of the entire family.   Every time, I thought she had done all she could to make it special, something else would happen! I remember on the last night, after the gelato had been prepared, the chef brought out the most delicious cake I have ever eaten, for our anniversary! This is a perfect example, of how a day with Dev goes! Expectations always exceeded!Masterfully executed trip that we will NEVER forget. Thank you Dev and team!!! We will see you again!
