Very responsive.  We made several changes, and Hayley dealt with all our requests graciosuly and professionally.  In addition, Hayley was very easy to reach during the trip and was proactive in checking in with us.  Everything went smoothly.  Definitely would recommend for anyone looking for a turnkey solution to travel in Portugal.

We were exceptionally satisfied to work with Mr. Jorge from the travel agency.  He spent a great deal of time with us prior to the trip in order to get to know us by phone and in writing.  He did not try to fit us into a one size fits all package.  Instead, he attentively listened to our preferences and got a sense of our personas.  In so doing he designed our personalized dream vacation.  He made sure that our special needs were met. He provided us with first class guides, hotels and transportation.Whenever we needed to speak with him during our trip, he was available to us and responded with patients, grace and humor.  Mr. Jorge went beyond his usual services and arranged a vegetarian meal for our flight as well as to reserve a wheelchair for me.  He was even able to intervene on our behalf at the Madrid airport when we arrived and could not get a wheelchair that was specifically reserved for me.It has been a great pleasure for us to work with Mr. Jorge.  Thank you Ziscasso for recommending this travel agency.Sincerely,  Henie Kurzman 

 Mariana did a wonderful job of putting together a trip that was genuinely ours. On this trip we had food tours, cooking classes, hiking, biking, sailing, dinner on a yacht, boating on the Douro. Of course wine tastings, tours of Port producers, accommodations in a wine estate. Lots to coordinate, not to mention all the transportation arrangements...every driver over many tours and transfers not one was late, always helpful!  Each segment of the trip was different and unique, all went beyond what we expected and our expectations were high.

We had a great experience with Filomena and her company. Her customer service is outstanding. She was easy to schedule a call with and was responsive to our preferences in planning our itinerary. We were limited in terms of days we could spend in the country, but this was no problem. We spent 3 nights in Porto and 3 in Lisbon. Filomena arranged transfers from the airports to our hotels, a 3 hour food and wine tour in Porto, a full day guided drive to the Douro Valley, a guided car drive from Porto to Lisbon (stopping in two locations), and a full day guided trip to Sintra. We also scheduled a couple free days for us to enjoy both cities. The guides were all excellent. Filomena provided a wireless hot spot for us for the entire trip. We used this the whole time which saved us from having to use an international cell plan. It did help to have a battery pack with us as it needed recharging half way through the day. She even accompanied us to the airport as we were leaving (despite the 5 am pickup!) and helped us navigate the tax rebate booth/system, which was a bit confusing.

The travel agency was easy to work with.  Our US contact, Brianna, connected initially with a phone call which allowed for a more personalized itinerary and made discussing adjustments very easy.  The special excursions that the agency was able to create for us were the highlights of the trip.  Portugal is beautiful with amazing food, wine and scenery.  However, it was the unique access to talk directly with wine makers, tour rural vineyard with small group lunch and conversation followed by a property tour that really allowed for immersion into the uniqueness of Portugal.  There local guides know how to maneuver an ever increasingly busy tourist season and find ways to make your time used efficiently.  Every guide was knowledgeable, personable and added so much to our trip.The accommodations that the travel company chose, the local guides they worked with, and the travel suggestions - like restaurants, shopping and travel tips - really made it like traveling with family support.  They continually provided contacts in case there was any need to discuss issues.  Having the guides who took over managing the logistics made it a true vacation for us.  We loved it and can't say enough about how the travel agency and their contacts made the trip so memorable.I would highly recommend them!

The travel agency did a great job in building out the personalized itinerary that we were looking for. Jose was very responsive to my emails, and our guide was very quick at reading our group's preferences and adjusted the stops and activities accordingly. The team was flexible, and able to accommodate requirements of three generations. The vehicle that transported us for 12 days were very clean and comfortable. We all had a memorable time in Portugal, and are already recommending this travel company to our friends who are now itching to follow our path through this amazing country. 

It was immensely satisfying, educational and all around pleasurable!  Our driver set the stage with punctuality, professionalism and kindness. The cars were clean and beautifully maintained.  Our guides were simply amazing.  It was as if Nuno (who set up and managed our tour) chose people particularly for us.  Their knowledge of history and love for their cities was infectious.  Nuno was completely accessible and responsible to us.  It meant a great deal to us that he took the time to meet and greet us at our hotel in Porto.We have already been recommending Nuno and Zicasso.

Overall, we were completely satisfied with our travel experience to southern Spain and with Zicasso. In truth, our expectations were surpassed exceedingly. Certainly the towns and sites we visited were amazing. More importantly, we felt that the experience was thoughtfully planned according to our shared needs and expectations. We felt the experience was crafted specifically for us. Everything transitioned smoothly. We were at times challenged to do some significant walking but not so much that it was burdensome. On the contrary, we commented on how much we enjoyed getting to know people and places through our walks and also how strong we felt our legs had gotten, especially walking in the Al-Bayzin neighborhood of Granada. We discovered different restaurants and shops, as well as the unique Andalusian personalities inside them: What a delight that was! We felt accompanied when Marta would send us messages along the way to update us on changes in schedule or when our train encountered some onboard but manageable problems. All in all, this was the best vacation and trip we have ever had during out almost 46 years of marriage. Thank you, Marta and all the staff at the travel agency and Zicasso!
