Fabulous trip, the travel agency did a great job; everything was so easy.  Drivers met us everywhere, tour guides were knowledgeable, we loved Turkey. There was one tour guide that we didn't love and they immediately handled everything above our expectations. Hotels they picked were great, they gave us several options and all were good.  Good recommendations for restaurants, etc.

Our trip to Egypt was perfect thanks to this travel agency. They did an excellent job with our itinerary, the trip logistics, our local guides, wonderful hotels and transportation. We saw the pyramids, the Sphinx and all key sites along the Nile. We cruised part of the way and spent a few days at the Red Sea at the end of the trip. There was time to visit a souk and ride camels, take a boat to an island temple and have high tea. It was the perfect balance of sightseeing and relaxation.

I highly recommend Jaouad and the travel agency without any equivocation or hesitation whatsoever. From the first time we spoke, nearly 7 months before our trip, I found Jaouad to be caring, observant, and completely customer-focused on my wife and my goals for our very special 20th anniversary trip to visit Morocco. Our trip was truly fantastic: we adore our driver, each and every guide was knowledgeable and kind, each riad was chosen with great care, and we will have memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. Aziz at the travel agency was a pleasure to work with.  He developed an amazing itinerary for our family's first trip to Egypt.  He worked with us on the activities, cruise, and times at each location.  He was always pleasant and very helpful answering all of our (many) questions.  The company staff during our trip were all polite and professional.  The vehicles were clean and the staff at every location was always helpful. In Aswan, they accommodated a late change in sites where we added a site and skipped another with no issue.

Every now and then, during our visit to Egypt, my husband and I would turn to each other and say, "This is the trip of a lifetime!". And it was.Flawlessly organized by the travel agency, our nearly two-week, private trip to Egypt (with an extension to Petra, Jordan) was beyond all our expectations. Amr worked with us to plan the perfect itinerary. He listened to everything we wanted to see and do, as well as suggesting sights we weren't aware of.In Cairo, our destination manager made sure everything went smoothly. Our Egyptologist guides were experts about everything we were seeing and great story tellers. They made ancient Egypt come alive for us. Plus, their guidance about modern Egypt was invaluable. And out Jordanian guide helped us discover the magic of his country, especially Petra.From our expert drivers to the people who greeted us, accompanied us, and guided us through the airports, our trip was perfect. The transportation supplied was excellent and the hotel accommodations the travel agency arranged for us were fabulous.I've been wanting to see Egypt for most of my life. This trip was everything I had dreamed it would be and more. Thanks to our travel agency, this really was the trip of a lifetime! Thank you!!!

LeeAnn and the travel agency did a great job planning and executing our trip. LeeAnn was very responsive throughout the process and gave us many ideas and options for our itinerary. We loved our guide as well. He was friendly and knowledgable and made our journey with enjoyable and informative. He suggested and showed us interesting places that was on the way but not in our itinerary. As foodies, we enjoyed the local cuisine and our guide was an excellent food guide as well. We felt safe traveling with this agency and had one memorable trip to one of the most fascinating places in the world. I would strongly recommend LeeAnn and the travel company if you are planning to trip to Israel. 

Our trip was amazing. There is no way to plan a trip this great on your own but this travel agency has it figured out for you. Every single day was filled with the best experiences and each experience was of the highest quality. Our guide was wonderful, what a great person. He was so prepared and knowledgeable and was the most gracious and thoughtful person. This was a trip of a lifetime and we couldn't be happier. I just wish this travel company could handle our travel plans when we go on our next vacation outside of Morocco!

So first, the trip was supposed to cover three countries.  Neither my friend nor I could really afford or had the time to do all three, so we asked if we could just do one country, Egypt.  Sure no problem was the answer! A complete customized trip just for us.  It can be a little daunting arriving at a foreign contry's airport where you don't speak the language, which is why it was so great so have someone meet us at each airport, and have someone ride with us to the hotels.  The hotels were great; clean, roomy, with the friendliest staff.  And the food at the restauants was out of this world.  Especially the pastires.  One of our guides was such a sweetheart and oh so knowledgable.  Our other guide seemed to know just how much we cold manage in one day.  The drivers were amazing, but we did not get their names....they met us at the airports and guided us through.  There was another gentleman, I forget his name, and they were so helpful.  Egypt was a bucket list trip for me.  I had never dealt with Zicasso before, but they will be the first I contact for future trips.  Becky K.
