Our trip to Cuba wtih this travel agency was incredible and could not have happened the way it did without them. We had made a last-minute decision to go to Cuba over a domestic destination. In 48 hours they had prepared an incredible itinerary that met our budget and our travel style. They also took care of visas and alleviated any concerns we had about traveling to a new destination.Once in Cuba, our guides were stellar. Eli at the travel agency had said she was going to pair us wtih our guide becuase she thought he would work well with me and my son. She was spot on. He elevated the experiences we had with his depth of knowledge of his country, his intuitiveness for what we needed and his desire to make the tripa full one for us. I was concerned about having a guide that would be too much on top of us as we wanted time alone. Our guide found a perfect balance.

Our trip to Cuba with Zicasso and our travel agency surpassed our expectations. We had asked for a wide variety of activities and experiences and that is what we got. Thanks to Eli's excellent selections and the high-quality staff on the ground, the guide and the driver, we saw and learned a lot. Although we had some reservations about traveling to Cuba we were pleasantly surprise about how smooth and enjoyable this travel experience was. The attention to detail, caring nature of the all the staff in the island and especially a rock star of a guide were "top notch". We even had a misadventure with the airlines on the way back (no fault to the travel company) and they were able to immediately and effectively jump into action to remediate the situation. We were so impressed with Eli and her company that turn around to the US and booked our next vacation with them.

My family and I had a beautiful time in Cuba. We were VERY happy with this travel company. We had some flight delays at the very beginning of our trip and they were on top of that from the start.Next, our travel agency, listened to what we were looking for in our adventure to Cuba (culture, food, history, hikes and beach).Last and MOST important, they set us up with two of the most wonderful guide and driver. They were attentive to our needs, helpful with our ever growing list of questions and made us feel comfortable and at home on our trip.Cuba is one of the most beautiful Caribbean Islands we have ever seen. The people are just beautiful, the history of Cuba is amazing (and sad), the architecture is incredible and the food was just amazing. We never once felt unsafe on our tour of Cuba (Havana, Trinidad and Varadero).

Eli did an exceptional job of arranging our trip. She is a good communicator, readily available to answer questions and pays attention to detail.The trip was one that I am glad we undertook...Cuba has such a rich history. Of course, seeing the abject poverty was sobering and I learned a great deal about how communism actually works for the common residents.

The travel company and Eli were nothing short of fantastic. The trip Eli curated for us to Cuba was perfect. Everything was taken care of - from accommodation, to food, drinks, sight seeing, and transport. She arranged a fantastic guide and private driver/car. Both the guide and the driver were great and took care of every need we had - even going so far as to wait in line at high demand restaurants so we had a table ready when we arrived. We stayed in Casa Particulars in Havana, Trinidad and Varadero. Eli personally inspects all the Casa Particulars that she will put her clients in - and they were all fantastic - clean, spacious and with the most gracious hosts. In addition to the accommodation, Eli also books at the best restaurants in each town hence we had some memorable meals which turned into not just eating but culinary experiences. The itinerary was packed with great tours and excursions - we enjoyed them all, which is a rarity! We visited Cuba over the Christmas / New Year's period, which is great weather-wise. The highlight of our trip was meeting Eli for a New Year's Eve party she organized for all her guests - the cherry on top of a spectacular trip!

The travel company gave us an unforgettable trip. For background, we travelled to Cuba less than a week after the island was hit by Hurricane Ian. Eli from the company was in touch with me the entire week leading up to the trip updating me with how the area we were travelling to was faring. The day before we left she made some last second  itinerary adjustments, completely flipping the two towns we were travelling to so the harder hit area had another two days to clean up. For a country we didn't know much about, the travel company made us feel completely at ease. The guides were friendly and knowledgeable. We worked on our Spanish so we could speak to the driver. Our guide was a wealth of knowledge, and was clearly a trivia fan like I am. At times they kept offering to stop talking so my wife and I could enjoy each others' company, but honestly we were having such a great time interacting with them that we just kept speaking with them. We stayed in two beautiful guest houses. The food was included in our trip, and the guides' choice of restaurants was impeccable. Everywhere we went the people were so friendly. We weren't sure what to expect, as we left the company build our itinerary, but we ended up with a very busy and interesting trip. We took a cooking class, visited a local garden, toured parks, went to the beach, and saw various historic sites including the memorial to the USS Maine and the yacht Granma. If we return to Cuba we will use this travel company.

We cannot stop glowing from our trip. Cuba was a glorious place for our family - with music, art, beaches, history, & great food. The travel company did a great job of pacing activities and were very flexible if we needed more time or to change it up because the baby needed a nap. They even arranged babysitting so my husband and I could have date nights! The houses we stayed in were beautiful, the breakfasts one of our favorite parts of the day, and conveniently located. Our guide and driver were kind and informative.We also booked our trip with not much advance notice. Because of the agency's great service, there was no stress for us, they covered it all. The agency booked all of it and got us our visas. I almost didn't believe it was going to be as smooth as it was. Everything about this trip, and agency, we recommend. 

A great trip with a great package provided by our travel agency. The accommodations were homey, spacious, and comfortable. The restaurants were excellent. The guide and driver were very professional.

We don't even know where to begin. From the moment we walked out of the airport our superior guide, was waiting for us and our driver was waiting by his 1953 Chevy, which would be our mode of transportation for the entire trip. Eli and her travel agency took care to listen to us and provide us with a trip we will remember often. The Cuban people were very hospitable and do not have an easy life when we considered what we take for granted in the U.S.
