Overall, David and the team prepared a fantastic month long journey through Australia and New Zealand! We loved every minute of it. David was excellent in listening to what we wanted to do, and what we did not want to do...and crafted a trip accordingly. Over the course of our trip we had a few mishaps (cancelled flights and a cancellation by one of our tour guides) but David and team were monitoring and kept things moving.I would definitely recommend the travel agency again for their responsiveness and openness to orchestrating the trip you desire!

I couldn’t have been more happy with our trip and the experience with the travel agency and Sarah specifically. She was amazing! She asked what our priorities were and what our budget was and I told her what activities were most important to us and she planned us the most incredible vacation of a lifetime! Our family will remember this trip for the rest of our lives! It was so much fun and everything weren’t so much more smoothly because of Sarah’s help. She made our life so much easier and made our vacation preparations so much easier! We will use her again and hope many others will as well. Our hotels were wonderful, our activities were fantastic, and our rental cars and itinerary were perfect!!Thank you for making this vacation so special for our family! You were absolutely the best to work with!

Our trip to the South Island of NZ was well planned. We spent a week in the Marlborough area. Lovely train ride from Christchurch to Picton where we spent 3 nights. We went on 2 mail boat cruises in 2 different sounds. Our accommodations in Picton were exactly what we wanted. Small, well appointed hotel with a lovely restaurant. Our transition from train to car rental went smoothly. next up was our 3 day hike in Abel Tasman Park. We loved the hiking and the other tourists in our group. I highly recommend the lodging and food was lovely. My only recommendation is to let clients know this is not an easy hike. There are up and down hills. We were the oldest members of our group. Most were in their 60’s. We did fine but the hike was more than my husband anticipated. Nevertheless we did enjoy the scenery, lodging, food and guides. Our favorite 2 nights were at the retreat in Nelson. Absolutely fabulous. We were tired and worn out from hiking so 2 days at the retreat was a treat. Great food, surroundings (pool and hot tub). The owner even did our laundry! A bonus. She even made dinner reservations for us and arranged transportation so we didn’t have to drive.our last night at a hot springs place was our least favorite. Food was fine but the hot springs were too rocky for me to go in. Rooms were nice and there was a steam room and massages. I think I was just ready to go back to Christchurch. It was very popular. Lots of people. Franck arranged a wonderful trip for us and I would highly recommend this travel company.Ellen

The trip was great! I loved working with Rick to put together our itinerary. When I didn’t listen to him I wish I had. He felt that since I was not a Lord of the Rings fan there was no point in going to Hobbiton. He was right. It was disappointing. He said since we were going to see glow worms in the South Island there was no point in going to see them in the North island. He was right. He talked us into going whale watching despite the fact that I had been disappointed in the past. I went and it was exactly what he said it would be. Before we left he put together a 2 1/2 hour presentation over Webex with us. That was completely unexpected and useful during the trip. When it looked like we weren’t going to make it to Picton he worked with us to be sure the boat would meet us. He even gave us his personal cell number if we ran into problems, because he wasn’t going to be in the office when we might have a problem going to Picton.I would highly recommend Rick to anyone traveling to New Zealand.

Karen is a superb travel planner and most importantly human being. She listened well to the needs of my husband and I as she planned our trip and provided an experience that surpassed our expectations. There was a perfect mix of time on our own where we could simply explore and immersion into the history and culture of New Zealand. A very telling fact that kept reoccurring was the high esteem her guides held for her and their comments as to her attention to detail. Karen also personalized the trip once we arrived in New Zealand. She stayed in phone contact with us, took us on a hike in Nelson and personally picked us up and returned us to the airport. My family has traveled throughout the world on very high-end tours and have never had the personal relationship and experience that Karen offered. The tour guides she chose for us were in and of themselves interesting, and intelligent ambassadors for the area the area and region we were exploring. They were an excellent reflection of Karens values and attention to detail. Karen's choice of accomadation was also excellent. I give her and her team the highest marks!Janet

My husband and I went on a wonderful trip to New Zealand - North and South Island - that was actually planned for 2021 but could not go until this year. I like to work with an agent and Lindsay from our travel agency was extremely responsive offering helpful options and suggestions. Even though the time we spent on the North Island was right after the torrential rains, we modified the itinerary to spend 4 days in the Taupo area and 2 days in Rotorua. We hiked in the Tongariro National Park and part of the Great Lake Pathway, sailed to view the Maori Rock Carvings and visited Orakei Korako geothermal pools and Huka Falls in the Lake Taupo area. In Rotorua, we relaxed in the mineral pools of the spa and enjoyed the indigenous Maori experience at Te Puia. The next 12 days were spent on the South Island where we had sunny and warm weather! One of our favorite places was Abel Tasman Park where we went Kayaking and hiked on the beautiful Coast Trek. We continued our adventures on a memorable heli-hiking experience on the Tasman Glacier in the Mt. Cook region, followed by visiting the unique blue penguins and Royal Albatrosses on the Otago Peninsula and a hike and cruise on the famous Milford Sound in Fjordland National Park. We ended our journey with 3 days in Lake Wanaka area where we kayaked, hiked, and went to some of the region's famous wineries.

It was a perfect vacation! Kate met the budget, time allotted for the vacation and the wish list. Kate was very responsive to our questions both during the planning and while in Australia and New Zealand. The site she recommended (overnight Doubtful Sound cruise) became the best part of our vacation.Zicasso was suggested to me by one of the travel agents we’ve used and I have been recommending it to friends and family.
